This coffee is from a collective from Cauca in Colombia that grow and produce coffee under the organic certification banner. It is a rich earthy coffee with citric and coca notes.

Tasting notes : Notes of cherry and caramel and hint of savouriness supporting classic earthy notes.
Roast : Medium – Dark

Varietal : Arabica Carurra, Castillo
Processing method : De-pulped and washed at each farm. Fermentation typically 36 hours, depends on weather and farm.  Dried on a mixture of raised screens and parabolic driers.
