A complex microlot coffee from Gigante Colombia with sweet floral and fruit notes, and a hint of cocoa.

Tasting notes : A complex coffee both floral and fruit notes as well as a caramel-like sweetness. Balanced and medium in body.
Roast : Light – Medium

Varietal : Arabica Caturra (90%), Typica, Colombia
Processing method : Wet processed in daily lots. Each lot is de-pulped daily and fermented over night until the fruit is separating from the seed. Then it is washed, pre-dried in shade and then dried in a parabolic drier until moisture content is between 10.5 and 11%
